Featuring Burton's DRYRIDE Durashell technology, the Theory boasts 5k in both waterproofness and breathability with a Thermacore insulation of 40g throughout. A perfect bluebird weather jacket, the Theory features mesh-lined pit zips for when things get a little too hot around the collar, critically taped seams to protect against moisture penetration in the most important areas and a taffeta lining which helps keep you feeling dry and comfortable. New for the year are the Pop Thread Coil Zippers which bring a deeper dimension and greater detail to the Theory. Customizing the teeth with pop color threading, the Theory brings the flavor. Available in Burton's Sig Fit, a fit built for layering, without being overly baggy, the Sig fit's sleeves have been designed with a bit of extra length to fit over gloves and to help keep snow out when you're strapping into your bindings. And if you happen to own or intend to purchase a pair of Burton snowboard pants, the Theory comes outfitted with the Link ZIP jacket-to-pant interface which allows you to combine the two pieces into one snow-free package.
