This helmet was purchased with 2 other audio helmets. It has the best audio of the 3 (others were K2), I didn't expect that. However, you feel more styrofoam through the helmet and doesn't conform to your head near as nicely as the K2 helmets. Full price I'd go with K2, for clearance pricing, tough to disagree with GIRO.
