The Bern Watts Hard Hat is the best fitting helmet I have ever worn. I have a pretty big head (7 3/4 hat size), so finding a helmet that doesn't hurt is a struggle. This helmet fit perfectly right out of the box with no adjustments needed. It doesn't hurt that it looks great too.
