thank you for the opportunity to comment on the K2 helmet. On Feb. 22,2010 I had talked with Drew Castle of your company. he was very helpful and directed me to send photos of my problem. however the email and photos that i had sent was never delivered due to some error in the email process. The problem with the helmet is that the retention strap that allows the helmet to be adjustable broke away from the helmet after only a few uses and then was too big for my sons head to secure it properly. I have photos of the broken band and helmet that i would like to send so that we can proceed with a warranty issue.[...]
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
