I don't know about trying out a trick you saw once on an online video but I do know that before you head out to the park to try it you'll want to have a RED Mutiny Helmet atop your head. It's Low-Profile Design holds true to the styles of the day and the Injected ABS Shell will have any tumbles to the ground keeping your head well protected. Removable Ear Pads are a great addition to warming your ears and blocking that winter wind but of course, being removable, you can pop them out on the warmer spring days when you get those last bits of mountain time in before the end of the season. There's a Hidden Integrated Rider Controlled Venting which basically means you can fine tune your helmet to your desired comfort level and adjust with the temperature and conditions on the slopes. So seriously, get a RED Mutiny Helmet because we want you skiing or snowboarding until the hair on your head is either gone or has turned the color of the snow you're riding on.

Comments about R.E.D. Mutiny Helmet:
I own a R.E.D. snowboard helmet and personally have always been partial to Burton boards and gear. I bought this helmet for my 11 year old son. The helmet fits great after some adjusting. My suggestion is that you try on any helmet before ordering. This seems to be an obvious suggestion but really know how you will be using it to get the right fix. We live in Wisconsin so much of our snowboarding is in very cold temperatures. My son can't fit a youth model helmet with a warm beanie underneath so we went with a small adult. The chin strap adjusting can be a little tricky to get the right fit but this just may be due to the fact he has a small head. One other small complaint is that the neck warmer part of the insert is attached to the ear pads so it is one or none. He doesn't care for the neck part but he has to use it if he wants the ear pads on. But more positives than negatives on this helmet. He thinks it looks cool, it has great ventilation with easy adjustment and most importantly it seems to take care of his melon! I give it a 4 out of 5 .

Comments about R.E.D. Mutiny Helmet:
This was an extremely well padded, well protective type helmet. It was a bit small/tight fit so, if anything, order a size larger. However, it is very comfortable, does not feel bulky or heavy, adjust easily enough, is comfortable around the ears and the padding around the back/neck are is an extra plus/protection. I would highly recommend it for teens who like to go a bit wild on the hills!
