I received this item and it was exactly what I ordered. When I went in to try it, one of the right boas for the right boot wasn't working. I didn't really want to send these boots back. When I searched for the boas company online, the item was still in warranty and I believe it said lifetime. When I clicked on the order I need, the item was ordered [...] I fixed the problem and these boots became perfect. I can't wait to try them out next weekend.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery took very long to get to me and the tracking on the package wasn't updated as fast as I'd like. It was like 10 states away and like a week later it still said the same thing. One day I decided to track in again one morning and it said, it is in town and out for delivery. I much rather prefer UPS shipping because the tracking is much easier to locate the item. But, I still love the deal I got and don't mind it too much at all.

Comfortable boots with a nice, medium flex. I like the dual zone boa system. Only complaints are 1) they seem to come loose throughout the day, but it's easy to re-tighten on the mountain and 2) the handles at the back of the boots were too low and interfered with the highbacks of two different bindings I had, so I had to cut them off.
